Who we are

D&C olive oil was born thanks to the collaboration of Umberto and Irene, two guys who have always paid attention to the quality and origin of food products, who decided to produce oil of absolute excellence to bring to consumers' tables. Our olive groves are located in Terlizzi (Ba) and surrounding areas, in the splendid Puglia region, on a hill on the first Murgian step immersed in an uncontaminated environment and surrounded by the Mediterranean climate. Passion is the driving force of D&C olive oil which has made territoriality its true essence, combining tradition and innovation. From pruning to harvesting, from grinding to consumption, the cultivation of our olive trees has always been surrounded by great dedication. Every drop of oil is precious and contains within itself a whole world of inimitable flavours. The variety of our olive groves is Coratina, one of the most interesting varieties in the panorama of Apulian olives and gives life to an extra virgin oil of exceptional quality with a fruity, spicy and bitter scent. These are qualities that determine its excellence on a gustatory, organoleptic and healthy level.
